MICROTEACHING   Microteaching is a teacher training technique developed to improve teaching skills in a controlled and supportive environment. It allows a teacher trainee to plan and deliver a short lesson (typically 5–10 minutes) to a small group of peers while focusing on a specific teaching skill. Microteaching helps educators to develop key teaching skills. MICROTEACHING CYCLE Teach, Observe, Get Feedback, Re-plan, Re-teach — This Is the Microteaching Cycle Plan: Prepare a short lesson focusing on one skill. Teach: Deliver the lesson to a small group.
